Jasmine Durando, a senior at Tri-County, is one of those young leaders in our community that shines bright.

She joined the Youth Philanthropy Council in January 2023.

The YPC consists of sophomores, juniors, and seniors looking to make a positive difference in their community through philanthropic efforts and leadership.

Jasmine is White Countya€™s 2024 recipient of the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
